J We went to Dr Tarlton Fraser also, 4 years or so ago. I had been searching for a solution for my husbands poor health and we had already chucked out gluten. Eating out isn't too bad as once you feel so much better you actually look for the gluten free food, and my husband loves steak ,eggs salad and chips . So all is not lost and we are both happier and healthier now. Heaps more energy and the cost of the better food is not such an issue now. We just don't have other things. Cheers K.
