Gluten free for the whole family

My husband has been gluten free for at least a year now and I've just managed to get a blood analysis done by Dr Tarlton Fraser - hard for me to get myself and all the children in (decided not to take the youngest so it was only 3 of them analysed).

Amazing to see our blood under the microscope but disappointing to hear that only 1 daughter didn't need to be gluten free - but she does have other problems that are causing her skin to be itchy so she's off as well. I'm not surprised but feeling low about it all - feeding me is not difficult but 4 children?!

Guess it gets easier but it's the thought of trying to go out somewhere that depresses me!

I know we're going to feel good on it but at the moment it just all seems really hard.
