Gluten Free Garfava flour

Can anyone tell me where I can get Garfava flour in Christchurch? I saw a recipe for bun, roll mixture on you tube that looks so easy but requires Garfava flour. Not sure if I have seen that one before.

Any ideas?

What is garfava flour?

We have fava beans and garbanzo beans and would like to mill our own garfava flour. Does anyone know what proportions of each to use?

garfava flour substitute

You could just go with chickpea flour...garfava is just a mix of garbanzo (chickpeas) and fava beans anyway, so I'm sure chickpea/garbanzo flour (often also called channa flour) would work no probs!
