Gluten Free Grocer Garlic and Herb Bread

First tried this bread at the Takapuna Market, and now buy it regularly from their shop in Mt Eden. What a wonderful discovery! Light and tasty, and particularly beautiful to use as sandwhich bread, or made a little crispy and warm in the oven.

Highly reccommend. Also really enjoy the Gluten Free Grocer's seeded bread rolls, pizza breads, and cookies.

Nothing actually tastes 'typically gluten free', or dry and crumbly.

I was so pleased to stumble upon these guys, especially since my kids always complain about my attempts to bake GF.
