Gluten Free Holy Smoke Christchurch - Blushing Beetroot.

The other day I went out for lunch with a friend. We went to Holy Smoke which is on Ferry Road. I'd been there before and new the service would be great.

I ordered the "Blushing Beetroot" which is a gluten free, warm beetroot salad. It was so delicious I'm salivating just thinking about it now.

The meal was very well presented (which always makes things taste even better, I think). The dressing was delish, the smoked bacon was amazing, the walnuts made the dish and overall the meal was even better than expected.

I will definitely be going back again for the Blushing Beetroot. How nice to find something so yummy and gluten free.
