This was perhaps one of my best pizza making efforts and I think it is because I made my own gluten free pizza bases - its amazing the difference fresh ingredients make.
I think I may have been Italian in another life.

What You Need To Make My Gluten Free Meat Lovers Pizza Topping
Lets Make Gluten Free Pizza
Pre Heat Oven to 200 Degrees
(makes enough toppings for around 6 mini pizzas or 3 large pizzas)
Heat Oil in a pan and cook the onion and garlic until soft and golden. Combine Capsicum, Meat, Spinach, Olives and Basil and cook until heated through and spinach has shriveled.
Place Chunky Dips in the microwave to heat (so its spreads evenly - you may need to add some extra oil or tomato paste to make it go further)
Spread The pesto evenly across the bases. The top with the warm toppings and sprinkle over cubes of feta to finish.
Cook for 15-20 Minutes until bases are warmed and feta is slightly melted.
ENJOY!
- serve this with some salad for extra green!
