When I thought about trying this place out I was a little worried - you think Japanese, soy based products so I countered this by taking my own bottle of gluten free soya sauce (tamari).

My boyfriend rang to check they could use this instead and my meal was great. The cook kept one section of the hot plate for me to cook my own special gluten free products - he cleaned down the hot plate with a wet towel after each dish... and it tastes amazing.

Things to watch out for - mizo soup - not gf - and salad dressing.

Be sure to remind them that you need gf soya sauce.

I ordered the chefs special with
steak, chicken, scallops, muscles and prawns it came with rice, salad, soup and veges... and was AMAZING. (fruit and ice cream for dessert_

This is one of the best meals I have had out on a long time, it was heaps of fun, I brought along a bottle of wine, and really enjoyed myself.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for something a bit different to go out with friends.
