1 cup of spinach
1 onion
1 can of pesto tomatoes
1 cup of peas
Sushi Rice Vinegar.
Rice
Kranskys sliced into chunks
Saute the Onions and Kranskys in the frypan.
In a separate pot cook the rice according to the instructions on the pot so its sticky and fun.
Add the tomato, a little vinegar, peas and spinach to the onion and kransky mix, simmer for 20 until the rice is cooked.
Serve with lashings of freshly cracked pepper a little sour cream
