Gluten Free Love Cake

I am in love... and on a sugar high! I have just whipped up a batch of Gluten, Dairy, Soy, Nut & Egg Free Muffins and little love heart cakes.

Rich, Tasty... and would be great covered in chocolate sauce as a little dessert.

Within 30 minutes all traces of cake had been gobbled up by my flatmate's, boyfriends and friends who were round.

Everyone agreed they were some mighty good cake (gluten eaters included)

I got the cute little love heart silicon baking trays at spotlight - they are fantastic for little bites of love.
