Gluten Free Muesli Recipe


(New Zealand)

Makes around 10 cups

Ingredients


2 cups GF puffed rice
1 cup puffed millet
3 cups crushed GF cornflakes
1 c Lotus rice bran cereal
1 cup dry-toasted peanuts
1 cup sunflower seeds or coconut
1-2 tablespoons honey
1-2 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup raisins
1 cup other dried fruit or dry-toasted nuts, to taste.

Lets Make Gluten Free Muesli


Preheat oven to 90. Combine honey and oil in a small saucepan and heat until boiling. Put all other ingredients except fruit in a roasting dish, drizzle over the oil/honey mix. Bake for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Add raisins and fruit and turn off the oven to cool down.
