This place is so great that this is our number one breakfast/brunch/lunch place. The owner is really great at making sure that there are options for people who have multiple eating requirements, such as gluten and dairy free. Last time we went there one of the women I was with ordered a vegan gluten free stack, and he checked as to whether she could have aoli with it, and advised which of the salads would be suitable for her (3 out of 4 were gluten and dairy free). There are also plenty of 'regular' meals too for your companions. My understanding is that the owner is an ex-baker and started the cafe because one of his family members needed gluten (and dairy?) free meals and was sick of struggling to find places to eat. As such his gluten free cakes are YUM. I'm not actually gluten free (my partner is) but his rasberry white chocolate gluten free slice is the yummyst treat I've eaten. It has always been my first choice even before I knew a gluten free eater.
