Allergy aware - Ask for special list.

Have eaten at The Lone Star in Palmy North and Tauranga - both places were happy to provide a list of possible allergens included in their menu and recommend suitable replacement items. I always ask for this list as the menu usually only has one item marked GF. The bean dip with GF Corn chips is a great starter. And Pav for desert. Always a good consistant meal.

might be good with gluten free but I have severe nut allergy and they couldnt find one thing on their menu that they could reccommend me to eat. I rang first also and they said I would be fine just mention when I came!! Bad buzz!
