Gluten Free Pepperoni, Bean and Olive Pizza

3/4 Can of Re-fried Beans
1/2 Jar Salsa
1/4 Red Onion
1/2 Red Capsicum
2 Sticks of Pepperoni
16 Black Pitted Olives
Garlic Salt
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Freedom Food Pizza Base Mix
2 Eggs
60ml Oil
100ml Water

Heat oven to 180 on fan bake.

Mix the pizza bases according to the instructions on the pack using the egg, oil and water. Spread onto a tray and cook for 10 minutes.

Spread over salsa and re fried beans, top with olives, onion and capsicum, and slice pepperoni thinly. Season with garlic salt.

Cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and a little Parmesan.
