gluten free pesto prawn spaghetti recipe

My sister has just cooked me a fantastic dinner. She is a keen cook and loves to experiment in the kitchen... her latest creation... easy and healthy for a pasta dish :)

What you need
250g Frozen Precooked Prawns
1 Pack Healtheries Gluten Free Spaghetti
2 Cups Chopped Spinach
1 1/2 Cups of Frozen Peas
1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
5 Sliced Spring onions
2 Generous Tablespoons of Basil Pesto
Oil

Make Gluten Free Pesto Prawn Spaghetti

Cook the spaghetti according the the instructions in the packet. Once cooked throw the frozen prawns in to thaw out along with the spinach until it wilts.

Sautee the other vegetables in a pan until the peas are cooked and the mushrooms start sweating.

Drain the pasta, prawns and spinach then place the sauteed vegetables and pesto through the mixture.

Season with pepper and salt. Delicious... and green I feel healthy :)

This is a quick meal to make if you are in a rush.
