Had a lovely experience making pizza's last night.
Here is the ingredients
Oil
1/2 Red Onion Diced
1 teaspoon of Garlic diced
2/3 Bag Aria Farm Beef Chips(or lamb/chicken)
2 Loose Cups of Baby Spinach
1 Jar Basil Pesto With Cashews.
Feta.
Gluten Free Pizza Bases
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Take onion, garlic and sorte until golden in a pan of oil, put to the side, fry the aria farm beef or lamb chips for 6-10 minutes until cooked.
Combine the onion, garlic and spinach with the beef chips and heat through until spinach is wilted.
Heat the basil pesto up in the microwave for 30 seconds so it is easy to spread. Smear it over the pizza bases right to the edge.
Top with the lamb, onion, garlic and beef. Sprinkle over chunks of feta,
Cook for around 20 minutes until the edges of the pizza begin to go golden brown.
I served mine with Cracked pepper, wedges, sour cream and nandos sweet chilli sauce... Delicious.
