What You Need
Gluten free Pizza Bases (see baking for a recipe)
Shaved Chicken
3 Chorizo (gf)
Salsa or tomato paste.
1 Onion (diced)
1 Cup Spinach
6 Mushrooms chopped
1/2 Capsicum (diced)
10 Olives (take out middle)
2 Cloves Garlic - diced.
Olive Oil
Feta
Pre heat oven to 220
In a pan with olive oil cook garlic and onions.
Combine all vegetables until well cooked then remove from the heat. Heat the chopped chorizo and chicken until cooked - combine all ingredients.
Smear pizza bases with tomato paste (I used the left over salsa). Spread cooked toppings over the top and scatter with feta.
Cook in the oven until feta is slightly melted (15-25 minutes).
I served mine with some gluten free garlic bread - mmm
