I have just started on GF. and have been thinking a pasta would be great to try. I haven't attempt anything like this before. Pasta with cheese sauce is my limit and that usually turns out a disaster.
Your recipe was great, and I have got enough for lunch tomorrow, after my 3 hour hike in the morning!
Chopped hard boiled egg, and chopped parsley could be nice to add to it too.
I actually used half water and half low fat milk which worked well for us.
