Gluten Free Sausage Casserol With Potatoes And Brocolli
Serves 3
Ingredients
6 Heller's Precooked Gluten Free Sausages
1 Onion Chopped
1 Can of Watties Basil Chopped Tomatoes
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Garlic
1/2 tsp Ground Chilli
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 A Broccoli
1 Cup of Spinach (if desired)
Enough Potatoes to feed the family
Lets Make Sausage Casserole:
Preheat the Oven to 180
Chop Sausages into rounds, and place in a casserole dish, add onion, spices and seasoning, canned tomatoes, broccoli, spinach and stir. 1/4 cup of water and cover, place in the oven for around 45 minutes.
Peel Potatoes and Boil in a pot of water. Serve the Potatoes with butter and mint... just like grandma use to make.
I hope you enjoy my wee experiment, this is the first sausage casserole I have made since going gluten free... Its interesting making things without a Maggi packet.
