This is a cool refreshing snack or breakfast and does not take long to assemble.
You will need:
Frozen berries
Yogurt
You favorite gluten free cereal
Honey to sweeten (if needed)
In a glass or bowl place the frozen berries, Yogurt and sprinkle with your favorite cereal.
Sweeten with honey if you need.
I like to leave mine for 5 minutes so the juice from the berries can sweet the yogurt and soften the muesli.
