Being gluten free means changing up the way you use to eat meals... I have found the idea of specific foods at breakfast, lunch and dinner time is gone... and now I give equal opportunities to all the food groups all the time.
My Mother actual put me onto this idea.
She brought some muesli at her local market which contain a series of dried fruits, nuts, quinoa, and coconut - all toasted in honey in the oven.
This stuff is great if you just grab a few spoonfuls as a snack - and its not to dry.
So i grabbed two heap table spoons and put it in a little Tupperware container for a snack. The best thing is I did not get hungry because of all the good nuts and protein in the mix.
