This is an easy snack for after school for the kids - or you could easily make it up at work if you buy a few containers to keep in your desk/fridge.
1 of your favorite rice cakes (i prefer the thin ones)
3 sliced of deli ham
1 smear of lisa jalapeno and lime hummace.
This is a great little afternoon snack - nice and light if you are heading to the gym later and want something light to tide you over until dinner time.
I found a rice cake Tupperware to keep them air tight and fresh - and i take a container of ham and hummace to work if I want to eat them for lunch of a snack.
