I have grown an appreciation for the hard boiled egg of late... I decide it is all about how you eat it.
In my childhood days I would not go near one - but lately there is something about a naturally gluten free hard boiled egg.
I like to eat mine while they are still warm, slice them in half and wrap them in a slice of gluten free bacon and a squirt of gluten free mayo... delicious.
