Gluten Free Snack: Muesli Bar Slice

This is an oldy but a goody and very easy to adapt into a gluten free version.

You want to make sure you leave the wheat and oats out and use things like gf cornflakes or gf rice bubbles along with your favorite dried fruit, nuts and seeds.

I like to use dates in mine - as they are a nice natural sweetener, combine with honey and there is no need to use sugar.
