I am a great enthusiast of my magic bullet blender and I use it for everything from making smoothies, juice or even dips and spreads.
The other day as an experiment I places a can of chilli beans in a salsa and corn sauce into my blender for around 30 seconds gave it a good shake then pulsed again for 30 seconds and out came this amazing bean dip.
I smeared it on cucumber slices and rice crackers and it tastes fantastic.
Highly recommend this as a dip, spread or nacho topping.
I love it when my kitchen experiments are a success.
