This is by far the best summer lunch I have had i nages
1 big tin tuna in spring water
1 tin watties chilli beans in salsa
1 Lebanese cucumber
a couple of iceberg lettuce leaves.
Mix beans and tuna together in a container.
Scoop beans into lettuce leaf using a spoon and make roll ups
OR
slice cucumber into stick and dip in the mixture.
Keep in a container in the fridge. Good for 3 days and makes enough for 3 or 4 servings.
