Gluten Free Snack Of The Day: Coffee Culture Spinach and Feta Muffin

If I could eat one of these muffins everyday I would! Light, Fluffy, Flavorsome and Fresh.

I have no had a lot of luck making gluten free muffins - I can not seem to get the texture right! But these muffins are soft and fluffy and melt in your mouth.

I am all about savoury muffins so I would love to hear anyone's recipes if they have a good one?

Otherwise it is off to coffee culture I trot!
