Gluten Free Snack Of The Day: Gluten Free Jerky

by Gluten Free Kiwi

I must admit the first time I was presented the the opportunity of eating jerky I screwed my nose up and shuddered a little.

After seeing a friend sample some and listening to the ooohs and ahhhs I reconsidered and thought well maybe it might be worth a try.

Anyways after having a nibble and discovering there were a number of delicious flavours I decided that perhaps jerky was a worth gluten free snack.

The best thing is you can throw it in your backpack if you are tramping or walking - and waa laa a high protein snack.

NOTE: You want to make sure you choose a brand of jerky that is gluten free
