1 Ham Diced
1 Zuchinni Grated
1 Onion (Diced and cooked)
1 Can Creamed Corn
1 Cup Water
1 Cup GF Baking Mix
Handful of crumbled parmesean
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Pinch Mixed Herbs
Pinch of Paprika
Pinch of Chilli Powder.
Beat Egg and Water until combined, sprinkle in the flour whisking to ensure there are no lumps. Combine all of the ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 150
Grease your mini muffin tin with butter or oil.
Spoon mixture into mini muffins using a teaspoon and a half for each muffin.
Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cooked.
Run a teaspoon around the edge of each muffins to make sure they do not stick.
Let them sit for 10-20 minutes before removing.
Great bite sized snack for any gluten free kiwi!
