I recently went to a dietitian, and have got really sick of eating yogurt and nuts for breakfast.
The dietitian told me about Quinoa (pronounced keen wa). It is a "super grain" packed full of all sorts of goodies, eg, protein, calcium, iron, Vitamins to name a few.
I tried it this morning for breakfast with yogurt and some chopped up kiwifruit. You can add a little bit of honey if you want but it doesn't need it. I found this really delicious and actually enjoyed my breakfast for the first time in a few months.
Boil it like you would rice and you can use it for salads in replace of rice, add it to dinners, there are so many ways to eat it.
