Gluten Free Snack: Roast Cashews




Buy raw ones and roast them yourself at home - or buy them (but be sure to make sure there is no wheat in them if they are honey or spicy roasted.

I like to get mine cheaper - raw - and then roast them with my favorite flavors...

Be sure to keep them in an air tight container.

It is also great to buy smaller Tupperware containers which you can put into school lunchboxes or keep in your desk at work.
