Gluten Free Snack: Spicy Salmon Sushi

Spicy Salmon sushi - made at home with gf rice wine vinegar and no soya sauce (could use tamari) is great for people of all ages - throw in some avocado, carrot Wasabi & mayonnaise... Delicious.

Roll it up nice and tight in some glad wrap and store it in a plastic bag so you can it cool with an icepack or a lunch box with a freezable lid.
