This is a tasty little snack that a vegetarian friend of mine taught me... you can make it many ways - and it tastes amazing.
You need a few big mushrooms and some chili beans and feta.
Spread a thin layer of chilli beans over the flat mushroom and sprinkle with feta then grill until heated through (this depends on how big your mushrooms are)
This also makes a great item to put on a platter and parties or gatherings.
