Gluten Free Snacks: Salted Potato Chips

Crunch, Crunch... CRUNCH.

I love a good potato chip, specially that crunchy sound they make as I shovel them in.

One thing I do not like it putting so much rubbish in the landfill when I buy snack sized packs of potato chips...

So I am turning over a new leaf... as a "bag lady"
Now I buy bigger bags and package them up into snack sized packs for myself when I am on the go, this is great as I can reuse the bags - eat chips - and feel less guilty about the environment.

I normally opt for the plain chips - less MSG - less additives as some flavoured chips can have gluten or maltodextrin from gluten in them.
