Gluten Free Snacks:Home Made Wedges

by Gluten Free Kiwi

Home made wedges are easy to prepare and you can make as many of as few as you like.

Start with 1 potato for each person who is snacking.
Slice into 8 small wedges and spay with olive oil.

Season with your favourite gluten free seasoning.

I enjoy herb and garlic salt or South African braii seasoning.

Throw them in the oven for 20-40 minutes on fan bake at 180 degrees

(if you want to speed up the process you can cook them in the microwave and then crisp them up in the grill).

Also Great cold.
