Gluten Free soda and baking powder and salt

i am using hodgson mill multipurpose baking mix...translating it to normal recipe w/ soda and salt. i'm baking a 9x13 apple cake calling for reg flour, a tsp of soda, and a tsp of salt. any suggestions re: how much baking pwder, ? soda, and how much salt to substitute?? thx
