Gluten Free Soup
Soup is a great lunch or dinner idea! This Gluten Free Spicy Thai Chicken Soup is a great meal, and a nice way to dress up a boring packet of noodles.
I have added some protein and vegetables so that you are not left feeling hungry again hours later... this is by far one of my favorite lunches for a cold day!
Ingredients
1 pkt of Trident Thai Soup spicy Chicken Flavor
1 pkt John West Chilli Tuna (small)
1 Egg Beaten
Onion, Red capsicum, (I normally put a handful in depending on how hungry I am feeling
Chopped Spring Onion
1 Cup of Water
Instructions:
Boil water in a pot, and add the noodle chips and onion and capsicum, boil for 3 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the Tuna and Egg along with the Larger Flavor Sachet, Stir so that the egg may thicken the soup.
One warmed through Remove from the heat and add the chilli packet (this is spicy so do not put the whole packet in if you do not like hot things)
Garnish with chopped spring onion.... Delicious! A tasty Thai treat, ready in minutes... and the best thing is you cooked it yourself!
