I hate it when food goes to waste and I had some nice rump steak that was on its last legs so I decided to cook up and big batch of meat and vegetables.
In attempt to have some food stores for lazy days when I cannot be bothered cooking, but also to stop food wastage in a time when food prices seem to be climbing by the day.
What You Need
Rump Steak
1 Leek
1 Onion
2 Capsicums
1 Can of Mexican Tomatoes
1 table spoon of gluten free soy sauce
Salt and Pepper to Season
(what ever vegetables are leftover in the pantry.)
Sear the steak until cooked on the outside, combine the vegetables, soy and tomatoes, cook until veges soften, then serve with salt and fresh pepper or freeze for another occasion.
