Just because you do not have gluten does not mean you can't have taste and flavour.

Adding a carrot/cucumber/capsicum to a lunch box with gluten free dip, hummace or salsa can be a great way to get your kids to eat there vegetables.

They have a great Crunch, and taste good to.

You could throw some gluten free chips in to sweeten the deal.
