This la bonne cuisine Sundried Tomato & Spinach with cashew and Parmesan Chunky Dip is amazing.
I love to serve mine with raw veges, on a platter with rice crackers, or on a gluten free pizza with my favourite toppings.
Delicious with a beautiful balance of creamy, acidic and tart. Really good combination, and good for a treat... they had a two for one special at the supermarket so I stocked up.
