I think if Hells arent listening then they may as well get off the gluten free train.
No point having gluten free bases if they cant follow through. Its a training issue and if you pay more for a pizza, you are entitled to get what you think you are buying.
Dont leave it there...complain to the franchise owners because otherwise they are being very cynical and not giving good customer service

well a fatal flaw in hells is they use normals watties sauce or the own mixture, and watties is a death trap, it doesnt list it but iv reacted to it for ages, and i hihgly doubt they use the gluten free versions at all. Also the other thing is if ur gluten free or ceoliac like me, u may also be reacting to the cheese.

Hells PizzasNEW by: Sylvia
I found with Hell's Pizza that although their bases were gluten free, most of their toppings weren't. Whenever I go there, which isn't often these days (I prefer to make my own) I rarely ever choose from their rather fetching listed toppings but rather choose from the list if itemised ingredients at the bottom of the board. It's the only way I can tolerate them at all.
"What is Bio Revive GlutenTest?" It is an at home finger
prick test for gluten intolerance that takes only 5 minutes to give
results. It is associated with IgA Auto-Antibodies from a fingertip
blood sample. It is easy to read as it will give either a positive or a
negative result.
