I always go Indian as there are so many options that are gluten free including Onion Bajees if you want something really naughty.
Plus there are so many shops that, where ever you are, you can always join in with a takeaway rather than being the only one who has to make their own meal.
I haven't had any problems at all. I did have a Hell's Gluten Free Pizza which put me in bed for three days.
I'm sure the pizza itself was gluten free but had been contaminated in the making. I rang to tell them hoping that would appreciate this as a helpful comment, but they didn't want to know.
I don't see how any of those sort of chains, that have gluten and non gluten so closely mixed, can really offer a safe gluten free meal.
Hope this helps, Lee
