After shopping at the Harbourside Market on Sunday we went round the bay to The Parade Cafe.

Full marks for having a gluten free menu right there on the counter and handed to me as soon as I mentioned the words gluten free. I was able to decide and order more quickly than my husband who isn't gluten free.

Absolutely super Eggs Benedict (with Bacon). I'll be going back - as soon as I can invent another good occasion:)

The cabinet even had some nice looking GF cheese scones in it.
