Struggling to find reliable travel
information? Sometimes this can be a
hard time to learn to adapt to new situations, so its good to have a
helping hand from those who have been in your situation. Often talking
to and reading about others can be a great way to get the best
information about your travel destination.
I joined a great forum which really helps me when I travel. I was also
given the good advice to contact the local ceoliacs society in the area
you are travelling to, so you can get information about products,
shops,
and locations which can cater to your dietary needs.
* NOTE : Always check labels, and ask if
foods contain gluten, I cannot guarantee the places, or foods mentioned
will be gluten free.
