Gluten Free Tuna Salad

Summer is here so its time to embrace all the great summer produce and make salads... I know when you are gluten free salads can seem a little boring... But I assure you thats not the case... trying new ingredients can make all the difference.

Here is my take on a chilli tuna salad... A little sweet a little spicy.

Serves 2

Ingredients


Lettuce leaves
1/3 of a cucumber
2 Carrots Grated
1 Tin of Savoury gluten Free Tuna
2 Tablespoons of Gluten Free hummace
2 Tablespoons of Sweet chilli sauce (gf)


Lets make Gluten Free Tuna Salad



Shred Lettuce Leafs and place on the bottom of the plate.
Chop cucumber segment in half, then chop into pieces. Place grated carrot and cucumber on top of lettuce. Drain oil from tuna tin and place tuna on top of other ingredients.

Finally add the hummace to the top and swirl sweet chilli sauce over the top.

Waa laa A tasty salad in under 5 minutes.
