With Valentines day on its way... my mind often turns to baking for a loved one... I hate getting caught up in to much commercialism so a small treat like chocolates or baked goods seems like an excellent way to a loved ones heart... But what if they have allergies?

This can strike great fear into any persons gift buying... I know my boyfriend hates the idea of cooking for me... as he fears poisoning me... the last thing he wants to do it make me ill... So lets make it easy on them this valentines day.. here are a few great tips, recipes, gift ideas and tricks.
