i came across this new cafe while traveling to helensville i went in with a small group and was starving i thought at most i could get a salad but i was wrong

they have a nice range of gluten free food
hot soup,salads, blt and some very yummy homemade baking

you have to try this place especially the 'sticky lemon cakes' they are just divine
