Snapper Jacks will crumb fish in a gluten free coating for an extra $1, then cook it in their designated chip fryer so both fish and chips are gluten free.

The owners son has celiacs so they seem to be really aware of the risk of contamination.

This was a really exiting find for my daughter who usually misses out on takeaways.
