is fantastic... If you are anything like me with a sensitivity to dairy you will really enjoy the dark chocolate taste with a little sweetness oozing out with the caramellow. These tastes great, and I think the most wonderful thing about it is that it is rich enough that you do not feel compelled to scoff the whole block.
I see Whittaker's has a few varieties of Dark Chocolate which are gluten and dairy free... this is fantastic to see a New Zealand Brand offering this sort of line.

I have used this in baking also... If you make chocolate Brownies it tastes really good when you break it up inside so you find chocolate/caramellow treasure while you are eating them.... Check out my Gluten & Dairy Free Brownie Recipe.
