I read the ingredients on the Edmonds surebake active yeast and I noticed wheat flour. What can I use instead for the bread maker?

Hi Christine, I've been using Edmonds 'Active Yeast All Purpose' which works well for me and is recommended by Healtheries for their bread mix. Cheers, Keith
