Like most allergies,
milk does
not always have an immediate effect, sometimes making it hard to

I have Benefited from using Omega3 for food
allergies.
Being the allergy prone
kiwi, I
have had to seek out medical and nutritional advice, to get the best
results for preventing and lessening my allergies, and Omega3 Fish Oils
have been a God Sent. With proven studies showing they are great for
ecezma, asthma, cholesterol, psoriasis, and so the list goes on. People
these days do not eat near enought fish, so its a great idea to take
fish oil everyday. I normally have 4 capsules a day, which really helps
with my itchy skin... I know if I do not have them!
Taking a
Multivitamin supplement can also be a good idea, as allergies to
certain foods may leave your vitamin and mineral sources depleted. (Be
sure to consult a doctor before making any radical changed to you diet
).
